At last, the summer season is here and the Happy Camper is open for the season. We have had a rough spring, with many storms and high winds that also brought tornados into the area. That made the HC a very unsafe place for a time. Even though I love the sound of rain on the HC rooftop, and being holed up in the camper is one of my favorite things during a good Ozark Mountain rainstorm, I stayed indoors for most of May. But the storms at present are somewhere else today. And the Happy Camper is the place to be. I am glad to be back inside and writing again....
